The title of the finale is apparently "Live Together, Die Alone" and a call sheet and some spoilers have been found.

Desmond awakes on the shore, Desmond being carried to the hatch....KELVIN going through the jungle with Desmond following him; Desmond runs back to the hatch...

Widmore tells Desmond off....again...who's Widmore???

Later this week:

Desmond is let out of PRISON.....sees Widmore....Desmond talks to Penny (again...who IS this Penny?) IN THE STADIUM.

Cast list is Mr. Eko, Libby, Desmond Dr. Waxman/Candle; Charlotte

There is also another airport scene filming.....

Interesting reference to Dr Candle - maybe there will be a second orientation film or maybe he is on the island.
Widmore could be the organisation or a person. Maybe the others are more developed than they've shown so far and it's some sort of video conference with Widmore Industries.

All that punctuation gives me a headache.

That script synopsis seems to be the real deal....So Desmond will be back! And we get to meet his "brother" Kelvin at last...I think we're gonna see the mother of all great season finale...

. nothing will be the same

Could it be a Libby flashback episode? Or even a Desmond one?

Libby is really being built up at the moment.

But where did he get this money? From Darmah?
Could it be that he get his money for the job on the island before he get there??

THis is interesting stuff. I would assert this warning: an "insider" told me (and yes they were a verifiable insider, not someone too close to the show, but definitely in a position to know what they were talking about) that fake spoilers would be fed through familiar channels. They said, in particular, to beware of anything that sounds like it might be integrating "internet fodder". So, I'm not saying this is bogus, but it could be because it fits the criteria.
