Hercules at AICN (very reputable) has posted:
Jack and Locke will continue to hold Henry Gale prisoner, but not tell anyone.

Danielle Rousseau will appear in Claire’s episode as well.

William Mapother returns as Ethan Rom (presumably in Claire’s flashbacks).

A mysterious 16-year-old will turn up March 1. The flashbacks after Claire’s will star Jin and Sun, and depict a love triangle.

Jack and Locke will still work together after this week's ep? This will be interesting.
And I am Very excited that we'll get to see what happened to Claire. Those flashbacks in the teaser for the next new ep made the other hatch look very cleana nd well-kept.

I wonder how long it will take for them to get that Hatch open...

Maybe you know, or someone else does.. but is the flashback for this episode going to be Claire remembering what happened to her specifically, or will there be a flashback to her own life to go along with it?

From what I have heard it's going to be all about the kidnapping, no life flashbacks. But we'll see.

Some time ago I remember hearing or reading that there would be flashbakcs that took place on the island or were the islands. Now I think that the Claire flashbacks of her kidnapping must be what they were refering to.
