The Theory

This is a theory I made up when I was sleeping.

The others, the boat men, Danielle, Goodwin, Ethan, and the monster are all linked together. Eco is here,too

1.) They all are members of the Hanso Founation group when the experamintes ran amuke.

2.)Dnielle got mad and her and her team left stealing some stuff(rifles,batterys,knife,etc.)Then the Deroots followed them, severly wounded them, but not Danielle so she put them out of their misery.

3.) Goodwin, Ethan, and the boat men, are the masterminds. The boat men are actually the Deroots, and when the plane crashed, they sent Goodwin to the tailies with backup and Ethan to the mainies alone. Alone because, when there are over 45 people, shelter, and what could've been a struggle, he went alone. Goodwin probley went to "pee" and told his back up, "Take 'em the strong one first, then the kids and weak.

4.) The others are the grunts of this situation.

5.) Mr. Ecko, is the nigerian drug runners dealer. He was in Aussie Land to find what happened to his load. He found it was lost and he headed back for home.

6.) Finally our favorite friend: The Monster. The smoke monster is( in my personal opinion), a group of very pissed off nano bytes. The polar bear could be an escaped pet or a sick joke.

Any more ideas or comments would be great.

Intersting theory.

I'm not sure about Eko yet. I still think he is truly a man of the cloth. When Bernard asked him about the dead bodies he said he would pray for them and Rose, after killing two people with a rock he didn't talk for 40 days (some sort of self imposed penance?), he touched the bible with reverence not curiosity, he has quoted the bible at least twice, he is wiser than he appears and he continually helps everyone else without regards for himself.

I would be shocked if he turned out to be an Other.

Eko was on the plane. How could he get into the water just in time the tail section crashed? He would be crazy to be waiting for the plane in the water, lol.
I don't know about him being a drug dealer, but the next episode preview is pretty wierd, why does he break the statue? Is he just anti-catholic or he "knew" about the drugs?

The only theory I have that makes sense as to why he might know what is in the statue and fits with my theory that Eko is a "man of the cloth" is that the Nigerian smugglers stole his identity and were using it to gain access through customs. Seriously who would suspect a priest shipping religious statues of drug trafficing? They eventualy got busted a couple of times and Eko was arrested, after convincing the authorities it wasn't him he hunted them down to try and turn them in and clear his name when he caught them red handed. They got away and he never heard from them again. Now he is on the island and recognizes the statues.
