Smile How many seasons?

Hi,
I'm just doing a quick poll to see what you guys think!

How many seasons of lost would you like to see?
I myself would like it to stop after 3 or 4! After that it may start to drag.

What do you guys think?

aaarrrggghhhh, please be sensible ABC!! i dont want Lost to turn into a novelty summer song (i.e. you liked it when you first heard it and now you would happily kill all those involved in it)

ahhhh the eight years.... here are some rumors in germany that thereŽll be 8 seasons in the end. that wont work - things get to boring... - and how would the tvstations manage theyr usual behavior:before a new season starts-we watch it all again. youŽd be 3 years of watching reruns until the end .

no guys at abc - as much as i love lost - end it as long as it is on the top.
in 8 years iŽm old - then i cant remember a thing

There's something about shows going to at least 100 episodes to get a certain position in the archives. I remember this from Enterprise being axed while on 9x episodes (97 I think) and just falling short of this status.

Each season is 24 episodes (counting the finale as 2 episodes) so there will be at least five seasons.

This isn't always a good thing, for example Babylon 5 struggled over the line to get to 112 episodes when the story had peaked about 25 episodes before the end.

If they can keep it as interesting as they have, I would love to see it go 6 or more. I'm realistic tho and I think that getting it to 5 seasons for syndication wouldn't be a stretch for the writers without losing quality.

They need at least 5 seasons for syndication, right? JJ will want to milk that cash cow, if nothing else to make up for the stink bomb that was "Something About Brian".

Yeah you need five seasons for that...
Forget about JJ, the network will Demand at least 5 seasons. I just hope they don't demand more after JJ, Damon and Carlton eventually leave...
