Yeah, that was well done. There are so many great moments on this show. 'Shocking', 'NOOOOOO', 'Great', 'Poiniant', 'Touching', 'Exciting' you name it, there's a bunch.

Yeah that was a beautiful scene...
and when she sees his body and cries I felt so sorry for her... she played that very well...
When Walt gave her the dog was also a beautiful scene... damn I miss shannon...

Second...Talk to your mom. I think that because she loves you she will do whatever you ask her to do. Have her tape the rest of the episodes and then send them to you. If she does this every Thursday then you'll only be a week behind.

Third...If your mom can't tape the episodes, quit your job. If they don't understand your loyalty to 'Lost', you don't need them. In fact, why aren't THEY watching 'Lost'? This tells me that they have serious issues and you should stay away from them at all costs. You can ask for your job back at the end of the season. Just tell them that you had to watch 'Lost'. They'll understand. If that doesn't work, tell them to call me, I'll take care of everything.
Okay, I've quit my job. When do the episodes start rolling in?

Actually, they starting to show the second season on one of the local TV channels here. The only problem is that I don't have a TV. But I found someone who can hook me up.

Now all I have to do is make them think we're friends...

(by the way, the above message was written tongue-in-cheek. I'd never become friends with someone just to get them to burn Lost for me. I'd just expect them to do it because I wanted it. )

Have you learned NOTHING from my post? Whatever it takes!!!

On another note, you probably should have waited to quit your job until AFTER you had enough money to buy a t.v. That way you could be like the rest of us...no friends. (but, we get to watch 'Lost'!)

It was funny in a kinda "duhhhh" way... the thought that someone would quit their job to watch a TV show yet had no TV. Maybe you're just naturally witty without knowing it...anyway I was amused and certainly no offense intended.

Actually, I was trying to be funny with the 'I wasn't trying to be funny' post.

Maybe I'm not as funny as you think.

For me, it had to be the Season Finale of Season 1. When Walt was kidnapped and taken by the others, I was like NOOOOO!! I said that for two reasons. One was that I thought that was the end of the episode, and two because it was like omg, Walt's gone. Then, the Hatch thing at the end too killed me. We went down the hatch, slowly...then LOST. Damn, that was excellent writing making us wait, but killed me that night!
