Vincent is a good guy - I'm tired of all this player-hating that's going
on about him.

People say he is the omenous Dog of Doom.
People accuse him of being a Cybernetic Spy-Dog
People claim he is the mastermind of an evil plot.
Vincent has been called out as the "Him" the Others fear...
People said it was Vincent who let his fellow dogs out which
eventually led to The Baha Men catastrophe

In all seriousness though: he is Walt's best friend, and if Walt becomes an
Other then Vincent may have stick with him.. and possibly is being used
as a Spy-Dog - but through Walt's super psychic powers not through
the miracle of Disney animatronics or nano-implants!!!!

i watched part of the pilot last night, Vincent is the first living thing that JAck awakens to.

I think Vincent is a dog, and like any dog his biggest concern is licking himself and then licking his human's face.

I agree...I think he's just there so everyone can have that unconditional friendship thing that animals, especially dogs, give. If anything, he may be the one that finds (recognizes?) Walt when(if) he comes back.

remember episode 'dave' how dave said it was all in Hurley's mind? could be interesting if it was all from Vincint's mind. he was the second character to see in the whole show.
