Is it too late to start watching Lost?

Hii, i havent watched a single episode of Lost and im thinking of starting now. Obviously from episode 1...

Or should i not waste my time?

How many episodes do i need to catch up on to be up to date with it? From what i seen on this forum, 5 seasons worth??

There are 103 episodes and anywhere from 80 to 110 days before the final season starts. They haven't set a premiere date yet, but it's usually around the end of January. If you cram you can do it. You could tape the first few episodes of the next season to give yourself more time.

It's well worth watching - probably the best tv series ever created.

I started watching last week, I'm on season 2... for the record, I'm a Heroes fan and started watching Lost because people seem to think they have to choose between the two. Both are good, I still prefer Heroes at this point. Thank you Netflix for making the episodes available.

yeah heroes is a great show, the actor that plays Matt Parkman will be in season 6.

Greg Grunberg reprises his role as the pilot? I'm only about half way through the second season, so I don't know about the whole off the island but need to get back on the island in order to get off, etc etc...
