Prediction #1 - The Finale Will Return the Oceanic 6 to the Island - Page 2

Ben never said that the Oceanic 6 has to go back, he said all of you have to go back. So does this mean that Desmond is included in the all?

Ive got a strong suspicion that Walt could be rejoining the cast next season, especially soon as Michael and Claire have left the show (for next season in regards to claire). Also Locke went to visit him so that also hints that Walt is important and i agree with you guys about Desmond (also because hes one of my favourites), i think he will be back at some point. Another character who may not be gone for good is Frank, after all he would have to go into hiding too otherwise Widmore would question him or something. Cant wait for season 5!!!!

I have one other prediction as well (or maybe two or three) ; i think we may see Mr Eko again, thanks to the cool moment where Hurley said goodbye to Mr Eko is the finale, i would love to see him again! Also although Locke is dead, I get the feeling that as a very important character he will still be in the last two seasons. How he will be in season 5 is obvious as we dont know exactly what happened on the Island after the O6 left, how he died etc but in season 6 i think he could become like Christian Shepherd, as in a speaker for Jacob or something cool for the island - with time travel as well there are loads of possibilities to him being in season 6. One final straight to the point theory is I think Matthew Abbodon has something to do with Jacob

Okay, all these predictions are all fine, but we have to get back to the main plot line which is the ISLAND! How is it that only certain folks are in tune with it? Why are Widmore and Ben at odds over it. How did that conflict start... was it during the purge? Is Widmore the last of the Dharma investors trying to recapture the island to exploit its powers? Ben is/was the chosen one to keep the island safe but that role was given to Locke, who it seems failed. The individual losties' stories are great, but they rarely deal with these the main storyline. Ben, Widmore, Jacob, as well as Locke, Walt, and possibly Aaron (being the only known native) will carry the main plot along due to their metaphysical connection to the island. How the others handle their trials and tribulations is fun to watch but, in the end, they don't understand or are oblivious to the bigger picture. Season 5 should be fun! The seasn 6 finale will be Jack waking up as flight 815 lands in LA. Hehehe!
