"Ji Yeon" was an episode that toyed with the audience.  The structure of the episode was unlike anything Lost had...

Yunjin Kim Is Amazing. But I Woulden't Make This Number 1. I Think The Desmond And Penny Phone Call Was The Single Best Scene In Any Season--- That's Streaching It A Bit, But It Was Fantastic.
Another Would Be When Young John Locke Takes The Test--- I Was I Think LEANING In To The TV!!!!
Anyway, I Really Think This Was The Best Season Of LOST Yet....And It Deserves Emmys--- Definatly.
Please Oscar Please Give Us Something On The Emmy Considerations

I agree! Desmond and Penny phone call in the The Constant was by far my favorite moment of the season...maybe overall. Just incredible!

I totally agree with Yasser on the Dez/Penny phone call. That was emotion and it did have me in tears!! I really hope Emmy comes around on LOST. They really have been shunning serial drama in general. I think the whole system is set up for episodic shows. Seems that the great powers who don't have time for the whole series see one or two shows, think "What the $#@#% is going on?" and don't nominate it. Such a LOSS!

Yeah, I agree. If not the Desmond/ Penny phone call, how about them finally coming face to face or rather lips to lips in the finale? I for one didn't expect that!

Don't worry, we'll be doing A LOT of Emmy coverage as nomination time gets near.

I would have to take out the Kate and Aaron moment as being in this list and put in Dez/Penny phone call. And the finale of Penny being the boat that picks them up! There are a ton of "OMGosh moments" for me all season long but the moments I weep out weigh the "OMGosh" ones. So I would keep the ones you have but, delete kate and aaron because I kind of saw that one as a possiblility. The constant was one of my all time fav. epy's of Lost ever and Dez/Penny phone call was down right heart wrenching. the Lost Diary Daniel from TMZ said during this episode, "If you didn't get chocked up, then we can't ever be friends!" I agree with that statment. So both Dez/Penny moments to me should be in this list!!!

The article was great and focussed on the twists and turns. But in terms of emotion, the Des/Penny call wins hands down. Lost, above all else, is a drama and this scene proves that Lost hasn't forgotten that, despite the heavy science and mystic themes this season. Love it!

What about the moment when we see that Sayid is working for Ben in "The Economist?" That was a pretty big revelation, with some huge implications. I know that my LOST partner and I had a long talk afterwards about the morality of Ben, and what that could mean for the larger mysteries of the island and of the Oceanic 6. Also, I would add the Desmond/Penny meeting. I guess I would take off the Island disappearing (which was slightly corny), and Claire (which was cool but a little predictable).
