I have to say that the words you used like creepy, disturbing and weirdly at ease, describes my experience when watching this scene, to a T!! that is some great writing you did there!!! I have to agree, much more disturbing then the island disappear.

Emilie de Ravin was really awesome in this scene. So creepy and just slightly "off."
