This is very true. Maybe it could've happened right when Claire walked into the jungle leaving Aaron behind, then Keamy's group attacks, the Freighter explodes, and the O6 get stuck in the middle of the ocean.
That sounds Catastrophic.
Or who knows if it will happen later? I have no idea, i just cant wait to see if something does happen

I'm guessing Widmore/Abbadon wanted the scientists on the island for some reason. Once they served their purpose, they wanted them dead. Keamy would follow the scientists and kill the scientists along with everyone else.

like I said in a previous thread, I think that the four people on Naomi's team are required to be on the island if such and such is to occur...Just like the Oceanic 6 must ALL return to the island.

So Naomi had to take all four of them. It is also kind of weird that they all landed in different places.
