Also Charlotte is way younger than Ben. Annie was the same age. I don't think Annie will turn out to be anyone we know. Ben would have mentioned this.

By this argument, Penny can't be Annie either. If Ben knows what happened to Annie (as you state), and Ben won't kill Annie (as you imply by using the fact that he shot Charlotte as proof she's not Annie), then he wouldn't be hunting Penny to kill her.

yes... that is what we are saying...Evil Penny is not Annie... Charlotte is not Annie... only Annie is Annie...

probably dead... as has been mentioned... quite possibly due to a pregnancy.. and Ben was the father....

this could be why he stole Alex from Rousseau... it would explain a lot... and his obsession with finding the cure to this Birth Problem.. not only to grow his flock.. but to protect Alex... he as much as says this several times... and he is deathly afraid that Alex and Carl were going to make a mistake and Alex would not survive....
