I am happy they might add a 14th episode. I was also thinking the finale (whether it is episode 13 or 13 & 14 combined) should be 2 hours. Having said that, with the writer's strike, I assumed it would NOT be 2 hours, just like the season premiere. The finale NEEDS to be 2 hours, it really does. But regardless, if they give us an extra episode, we will all be happy!

the sad thing is that we know there is an end...so as long as they can extend it i don't care how they do it...this show could be on everyday for 4 hours a day and i wouldn't stop watching it...make it a week long mini-series...

how about an Annual Lost TV movie? Catching up with the Losties? Every year a different focus. Some of them will end up where they started and their lives will go back to "...meh". Some of them will have happy endings, some of them miserable endings. So every year we get a glimpse into one of them. [shakes head; realizes when it's over, it's ov-ahhh].

I would like it if they just extended the series for a total of 10 seasons instead of 6. But then again, it would probably be moving at a much slower pace (think pre-end-date-selection). Now that they have an end date, they are moving at a great pace. They have A LOT of stuff to cover/answer/explore, and I am glad they are aware of that. And if it was 10 seasons long, we would have to wait until 2014? to get ALL of the answers, and I KNOW I cant wait THAT long!
