well Lostpedia does not seem to provide the resource for the Translation... I do find it interesting though.. my recollection of a different Rolex being used was correct... a Classic Datejust 2tone with jubilee band... strange how they used 2 different watches.... a gaff if you ask me... but I do not worry about this..

strangely... Korean has to base forms... so perhaps the translator i am using is the opposite.. that said.. I would still love to know who provided the translation listed.. and get a second opinion before I accept it as gospel...

I do treasure hunts.,,,, and one thing you learn... Do not rely on others work... if the smallest mistake is made.. and you use it... no treasure...

If it's using the wrong base for translation it would come out as gibberish, not a series of phrases that make sense alone and when used together. It would be difficult for an accident of translation to come out so nicely. I'm sure you could kind find other nuances to translate, but I bet the general message is correct.

not so sure there translation would be even remotely close.... there seems to be more than a few possible variations.. taking into account.. North South, dialect, Old school... not to mention Slang and other variation not listed...

not sure I care to continue this ... I will have to see if i am capable of translating myself... But I know this... one persons translation as listed in Lostpedia is not carved in stone for me....

Unlike Jins Tomb Stone... which by the way... the Date of his birth... is duplicated on his Job Form.... character for character... or so it would seem...

anyway..its been fun.....

At least the watch didn't take the same route as the watch in Pulp Fiction....

hey Berz,

try looking under Pitchy's Screen Cap Thread titled Meet Kevin Johnson...

Korean is not an easy language to translate.. I did as best I could and was only happy to find out that the Lostpedia translation seems wrong.. though, not a speaker of Korean I cannot say 100%... you will find the Korean characters there... I pasted them,... feel free to give it a shot... Thanks..
