So.. does that mean Kelvin was Dharma??? why wouldn't ben has taken control of the Swan Station??? why would he allow Kelvin to bring a ship wrecked Desmond in the Swan station???

I like your thinking... and it is plausible.,.. not sure we have the supporting evidence to declare it true and accurate.. but at least its something...

But that also fails to address the main reason for the post..

Just because Tom shows Michael the supposed evidence of Widmore staging the fake 815 flight... Does not make it so.... Ben could easily have fabricated those documents and photos... not to mention... if Widmore was staging this..... why would he allow is name on the purchase orders?????????
When in doubt, I give Ben credit for knowing pretty much everything there is to know about the island. So far he hasn't been surprised by any event on the island that I can think of. Yes it's an assumption on my part but so far Ben has yet to be surprised with anything the island has to offer.

For the 815 staged crash, it makes sense that Ben could have staged the paperwork to make it look like Widmore did it. If Ben didn't want anyone to find the island, it would have been in his best interests to make the world assume that 815 was found and there was no need to continue searching. Then again it's also in Widmore's best interests to do the same thing, lol.

I agree with TH: it seems that Michael is the man in the coffin. If this is true, then the Island has no use for Michael anymore; Michael has done his job and is free to die.

The question is: what did Michael do to win his freedom? Did he blow up the freighter? If so, is the "war" over? Did Ben win?

Or, is there something else Michael had to do that we don't know yet?

very interesting point.
it kind of dismisses the point that they age when they leave the island. makes me wonder if they only age when they reenter the island. either that, or his aging has nothing to do with coming or going; rather, it's some competely unrelated phenomenon. either way, should make for some interesting revelations when they end up explaining that one!

I don't know if they found a look-a-like or not, but the lighting on the face looks completely wrong during that scene. At first, I thought they might have done some copy/paste kinda of graphic work on a body double. Did anyone check the credits?

Why couldn't the ABC powers that be have had the insight to have given him large amounts of LSD to stunt his growth?

Well.. I guess its possible they could have CGI'd it up from a previous shot they had of him.

I guess that does fit. And if Walt's Granny doesn't want Michael to see him, maybe she wouldn't let him go to the funeral either.

Or maybe something like Jack just beat them there. lol.

Walt doesn't want to see Michael. It has nothing to do with someone letting him. He is pissed because his dad killed two people he liked, and then had the freaking balls to TELL Walt that he killed them BECAUSE of him. HUGE guilt trip to put on a child.

I think Mike tell's Jack, "If you don't believe me, go back and look, i'm dead" and jack does, and it messes him up so bad he wants to try and kill himself, which, the island wouldn't let him do...

You could be onto something.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Walt ever met Ana Lucia or Libby. He was already abducted when the 2 women came to the camp.
