I think the general consensus is that what you think is Jin's Flashforward is actually a Flashback, used to trick us, and he's dead (or on-island or whatever).

No, I wont let it go, cuz all of the others are called at least once ''she/he is one of the oceanic 6'' and sun, sayid, kate, hurley and jack clearly are but there are some mysteries about Aaron

1.Everybody believes that he is Kate's son but how, TELL ME HOW can a woman get on a plane not pregnant and get off the island with a 2-3 months-old baby claiming that this baby is hers!!! thats just NOT possible !!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. Aaron technically was not one of the passangers on the plane cuz he wasnt born, so may be they dont count him as a survivor

3.And Yes, you are right - I want so bad someone else to survive that I wont let it go untill the writers dont officially confirm that Aaron is one of the Oceanic 6

It is possible if the outside world believes they have been missing for longer than 2-3 months. We still don't know what year the flashforwards are taking place in, and I think its becoming pretty obvious that time is weird on the island.

but in the outside world, there are people who know the passangers and they remember when exactly the plane gone missing so they know who long time it has been.
also no matter when they flashforward take place - time goes, Aaron grows up, even if they have been on the islan for 9 months (long enough for kate to give a birth to a child), Aaron would be like 1 year old and cant pass for just-born child

but see if the timing on the island is different - then everything is possible and may be thats why they believe her. but who then is the fake father...?

First off Aaron was beyond the fetus stage. After six months, all of it's organs are complete and it's just adding weight. And Claire was clearly past the sixth month of pregnancy. She was in her ninth considering Aaron was born soon after the crash.

And as for unborn babies not counting as people, tell that to Scott Peterson on San Quentin's death row found guilty of the murder of Conner Peterson who wasn't born yet. Tell Laci Peterson's mom that Scott should only be tried only for Laci's murder because Connor wasn't born yet and thus doesn't count.

Or tell that to Ray Caruth former NFL player who was found guilty of attempted murder on Chancellor Caruth who wasn't born yet. You can tell 4 year old Chancellor who suffers from cerebal palsy due to the shooting that since he wasn't born yet he doesn't count.

Or more recently Bobby Cutts Jr who's serving life without parole for the murder of Chloe Cutts who wasn't born yet. You can tell Jesse Davis's mom that Bobby should be innocent of Chloe's death because she wasn't born yet and doesn't count.

Unborn babies do count in this society. They carry the same sentencing guidelines as if you assault or kill a regular person. They're considered living members of society regardless of if they're born or not. That's why it's illegal to abort after 3 months.

To answer you're first question, who other than Kate and the marshall bringing her in knew she was on Oceanic 815? None of the survivors knew who she was and she was on the same plane with them! After the crash, I didn't see anyone say 'We got to capture Kate. She's a murderer.' Yet you think somehow everyone in the outside world knew she was on that flight?

And even if by some miracle they knew, how would they possibly know if she's pregnant or not? I'll even narrow it down for you. The guy she was handcuffed to. If she's in her first trimester, how would the marshall handcuffed to her know if she's pregnant or not? She wouldn't be showing. Answer me that. How would the outside world who probably didn't even know who Kate was to begin with know if she stepped on that plane pregnant or not?

To answer your second question, did Claire get pregnant on the island or did a stork bring Aaron to the island? He was on the plane. He survived the crash. How can you say otherwise.

And if a rescue party rescues six people , do you honestly think they're going to hold everything and check the flight manifest and say 'Whoops. Aaron wasn't on the flight list. We'll call you the Oceanic Five and a baby born later but who's being rescued too'. No.
There are six survivors. They're going to call them the Oceanic Six.
