Gina, I'm with you. Sun was amazing and had be bawling, a credit to the unbelievably genius performance of Yunjin Kim (give that woman a freaking Emmy!). Best episode of the season. I paused and looked up when the Year of the Dragon was, but I figured the shop kepper meant in general, like, this will bring you luck in the year of the dragon, not necessarily meaning that it took place IN the year of the dragon. Maybe I'm stupid, but it took me until Hurley arrived to fully piece it all together.

I think that Jin is alive on the island even after Sun's rescue. Remember how badly Jack felt they had to go back and Ben's comments to Sayid about protecting his friends by being an assassin for him. I think Locke, Sawyer, Bernard and his wife are at least some of the people still on the island. I still think Desmond and Juliet make it off being as they are not Oceanic 6 survivors due to the fact they were never on the plane. Plus i can't see Desmond getting killed after his episode a coupe of weeks back with Penny. They only person I see not living is Claire. She has pretty much done nothing this season, and I can't see her giving up Aaron to anyone. And Michael, the least liked survivor, is just brought back as fodder and will be gone before we know it. GOOD!!!

The fact that the date of death on the gravestone was the day of the crash has to mean that Jin never got off the island, right? He still could be dead, but more likely I think he's still on the island.

I agree, I think Jin is still on the island, hence the crash date on his tombstone. The 6th member has yet to be revealed since he "died" on the date of the crash, it isn't Jin.

It took me a bit to put it all together during the show as well. When he says he's been married only 2 months and it's the "year of the dragon," that pretty much wraps up the timeline IMO...especially w/the old-school celly.

Awesome episode---went by far too quickly!

Is Michael the sixth member of the Oceanic Six?? Maybe? And is Michael really Ben's man on the boat. He didn't say anything about it. Are we to assume that Michael is working for Ben just because he is on the boat. In my mind, it could be anyone on the boat. Maybe its Regina and having Ben as a boss is what lead her to kill herself. I know....its a stretch but I'm just trying to say it could be anyone.

Sun's apartment seemed quite humble in comparison with the luxury the other Oceanic 6 seem to be living in. Kate's house was massive.

Why does the date on the tomb stone mean it isn't Jin???

The Oceanic 6 are lying about the deaths of all the other passengers. Whether Jin is actually alive or dead he would be given the death of the day of the crash.

What I think would be beyond stupid is if Sun knows he is alive on the island and still visits his grave. That is so lame. Why would she do that?

The Oceanix 6 all seem to have made some kind of pact to lie about their ordeal.
