Lost Enhanced

I missed Lost 2 weeks ago so I taped the rerun this week with the new episode and I discovered that the repeat was enhanced like the repeat of last seasons finale. Now I did not see or hear about this happening and was wondering if anyone witnessed this or heard anything about this.

During the previews of next weeks episode, I recall them mentioning that it's a new episode following an enhanced episode.

It appears that each week the previous week's episode will air before the new one and be an enhanced episode. This week "The Economist" reairs as an enhanced episode before the new episode "Eggtown". Having watched the show since day 1, I don't find the enhanced episodes very revealing, although I'm sure they are a great help to new viewers.
