Easily the most freeze framed and rewatched scene of last night's episode of Lost was when Hurley looked into Jacob's cabin. ...

Kinda looks like Ben. "Bad Twin," anyone?

I'm sticking with Locke... Check out

Both seem to have the same facial features... plus it just makes sense that it's Locke. He probably went back to see what the "HELP ME" thing was all about... plus it's got to really provoke your interest when Ben would shoot you over the fact that you heard Jacob say anything at all... that's enough to make me want to go back.

Pitchy does not have advance facial recognition either... just photoshop and google

As for why he appears as Christian Sheppard, could be because he is using his body. Christian should have been the first new dead person to visit the island... since he was already dead before he got there. His body is missing from the coffin, so maybe Jacob is using it.

Remember when Ben took Locke to see Jacob the first time? And When Locke was gonna tell Ben what he heard the cabin freaked out right? There is a FLASH of a eye, same eye that is flashed in front of hurley. My two cents. The eye character IS JACOB!!!

You know, what theory makes the most sense to me, d7. Since Christian as Jacob makes no sense, and it is Jacob's cabin, it makes logical sense that the person looking out is Jacob. Now the question remains: who the hell is Jacob?

Both Locke and Ben have blue/green eyes. This eye has a brown hue to it. Possibly Desmond?

Editor: I think the writers are just starting to let us know about jacob. When Locke found Hurley he says "what you doing way out here?" I dont think Locke was in the cabin yet, Maybe going out there. I also think this answers the question of why/how Jack wrote a prescripsion for himself last season finale. No body of daddy no prove that he is dead = Valid prescription. Also the season 3 first shot of jacob eyeball is the same left eye we saw last night.

hehe ok, I am going a tad crazy with this, but here we go...

The eyes on the top are the same color as the eyes on the bottom... only difference is using a light filter (photoshop > render > light > omni spotlight | color orange) to sort of give the effect of color of fire much like what we saw in the show, the eye color changes from both blue / green as in the picture to that of a brown hue. It was dark, the light we had was very orange so that to me might make the eye appear brown.

To me, it looks kinda like Desmond. Charlie also came to mind. It doesn't look at all like Locke to me.

I think it's "Patchy"... if he can survive getting speared by Desmond, perhaps he can survive that grenade??
