Dissecting 'Lost's' New Time Slot

<div class="btvarticle"><em><img width="220" hspace="3" height="159" align="right" alt="" src="http://www.buddytv.com/articles/lostseason4bigscreen.jpg" /> Lost</em> on Thursdays.  It doesn't feel right, does it?  With ABC's announcement that <em><a href="http://www.buddytv.com/Lost.aspx">Lost</a></em> would be taking over <em><a href="http://www.buddytv.com/Greys-Anatomy.aspx">Grey's Anatomy</a>'s</em> vaunted Thursday 9pm time slot when it returns on the final day of January, comes a clear message from ABC: with the writers' strike wreaking significant havoc on the every networks' '08 programming, <em>Lost</em> is ABC's marquee series. We've already waited enough. If I were ABC, I'd do just like they're doing. The waiting is killing us all!

Yeah, even though I hate having only eight episodes air, I'd rather have those eight than none at all.

What happens if those 8 eps are the only ones we ever get?

I agree, but we've waited long enough though, 8 new episodes are good but we ALL know that 16 episodes are better.

I can't wait for the strike to end for 16 consecutive episodes. This is LOST and nothing else is in the same league. Eight is enough for now, but this strike must be resolved ASAP for my sanity to remain intact!

It seems so long since the last season of Lost, I've forgotten to watch for it. I definitely think show the 8 available to keep everyone's interest in the next sessions!

I'm going to have to tape it now because I watch Supernatural at that time.Why is all the good shows on the same nights!
