<div class="btvarticle"><img hspace="4" align="left" src="http://www.buddytv.com/images/tvshows/SmallLost.jpg" alt="Lost Emmy Chances" />Last year <a href="http://www.buddytv.com/Lost.aspx"><strong>LOST</strong></a> was famously snubbed at the Emmys in most of the major dramatic award categories. Some blamed it on <strong>LOST</strong> outing itself with more straight sci-fi elements, others noted the unevenness of the season, most, however, blamed a new voting system that seemed to favor newcomers over consistency. In the blogosphere, the debate raged that <strong>LOST’s</strong> descent into formula and the mishandling of major reveals validated its omission from the major characters, while stalwart fans were incredulous over the Emmy snub. With a redeeming third season behind it, many considering it the best season of <strong>LOST</strong> ever, the fan’s, as well as the creator’s, hopes are galvanized once again. We have some early word on what <strong>LOST</strong> producers may be submitting for Emmy consideration, and the selection looks diverse, and good.<br/><br/>To read the rest, <a href="http://www.buddytv.com/articles/lost/lost-producers-look-through-th-7109.aspx">click here</a>.<div style="clear:both"></div></div>

Yeah. Why not Dom for Greatest Hits or Looking Glass? Why not MATTHEW FOX for LOOKING GLASS? Why not EMMERSON for LOOKING GLASS? Why not Holloway for THE BRIG? I know it's not his flashback, but he still pulled off a much better performance. Why not Yunjin Kim for DOC? It was also a much more powerful episode.

wtf isnt Dom up for Greatest Hits?? he was PHENOMINAL(sp?)!!! or Through the Looking Glass?? he prooved that he is, quite possibly, the best actor on the show with those..well, maybe thats a tad bit of an exageration..& i dont think I Do was Evi's best epi or that A Tale of Two Cities was Fox's best..oh, & i HATE how Fox is still considered the lead actor!

| Member | I'm more then a little confused as to why Josh isn't nominated for "The Brig"????? I mean he was absolutely AMAZING in EMFH, but for his performance in "The Brig" somebody give the man the damn Emmy already!!!!!! I also think that both Elizabeth Mitchell and Evangeline Lilly should be shoe in's to win for both their performance's in "One of Us" and "I Do". Their was just STUNNING acting in both episodes by the two them. |

So many great performances this year... And the creators wimped out (like their first 10 scripts this season) - they nominated their anchor/key actors instead of the stable of actors that earned "lead actor" nominations with tremendous performances. Holloway was so much better this year than Fox, and guess what?Emerson out acted everyone and carried the show the entire season - thru thick/thin/deception/ and lie. It is a crime he was not nom'd for LEAD ACTOR. Not only that - he deserves the Emmy too
