Yeah, I don't think that's Cassidy at all. The episode credits Lana Parrilla (Sarah Gavin from season 4 of 24) as a character named Greta who also shows up in the season finale. Since there was no one among the current Others with that name (and Parrilla hasn't shown up on LOSt before this), nor in Charlie's flashback, my best guess is that's a really blurry shot of "Greta", not Cassidy at all.
