Honestly, I'm tired of Jack's holier than thou attitude. Dude needs to remember where his priorities should lie...I don't think his death would affect whether I keep watching. If you had asked me that a few weeks ago, I would have answered otherwise.

While I do see signs pointing in that direction (ex. him wearing a red shirt), I'd be shocked if they actually killed of Jack. Impressed, but shocked. That said, my enjoyment of the show wouldn't be damaged. Seriously, I think I stopped liking Jack around "The Hunting Party", and "Stranger in a Strange Land" confirmed my feelings.

Don't care if Jack dies, Jack is a loser with a capital L. Will stop watching if Locke, Sayid, Kate or Sawyer dies. I think I speak for alot of people when I say Jack's character has become boring and I'm fed up of him thinking he is better than everyone else!

I think the show will be further damaged if Jack dies. But it kind of makes sense that he might be the one who goes.

I will be so bummed if Jack gets killed off. I think that the writers would not have centered so much emotion and development around Jack's story if he was going to be killed off. It would also prevent the development of any relationship between Jack and Claire as siblings. Don't think it's gona happen.

I hope that it is not Jack, i dont hate him yet. His character is too interesting, but am i the only one who seriously will be upset if Charlie does die, i mean i really like his character. I think it may be Desmond or Jin. Sawyer seems to be the most possible bc it would make the Jake/Kate/Juliet triangle very interesting, showing Kate's real feelings for Sawyer as well as feeling alone without the love of anyone. But also i would hate to loose Sawyer as a character as well.

I think Jack wont die, and that his character will actually become even more interesting by the end of this season. Possible people to die I believe are Jin, because his character really hasnt been developed and would make for an interesting series of events with Sun being pregnant. Also, I think Des could die or Charlie. As far as the Others I think it could be Juliet in a suicidal move.

You hit it right on the head. I've been calling a Jack death since I saw him sport that red tee a few weeks back, plus the fact his story on and off island has been told, and that the Jack flashbacks so far were among the worst of the season. Personally 'Stranger in a Strange Land' is my low point for the entire series so far. 'Expose' is close, but that Jack tattoo crap almost had me reaching for the remote, which is something I don't think I've ever contemplated with this show before.

My bitching aside, there are a few others that may be biting it we're not thinking about. Keep in mind these are people I don't want to see go, but there is a chance for a bitter end here. Desmond. Although his story is far from being over, we've seen characters killed who had far more going on (cough, Libby, cough) and his death would be a stunner.
Juliet. Love her character, love Elizabeth Mitchell, but her story has been told. Her flashbacks have brought us pretty much from where she started to

con't...where we are now, and any blanks will probably be filled in with Ben's flashback coming soon. As far as completed stories go, Juliet could be on the chopping block.
Hurley. While beloved by all, including myself, he is in the same situation as Jules. Where do his back stories go from here, seeing how his last was pretty much pointless as far as mythos and story development go (I did love it, don't get me wrong).
Sayid - read above two. Back story and Island story are pretty much done. He's loved and lost, come to grips with his sins. He could have been interchanged for anyone on the trip to Otherville, he serves little purpose outside of going on A-Team missions, and his character seems to have lost the importance he had in the first season. Sayid could disappear and not too much would change.

Bottom line, Jack I think is marked, Locke, Sawyer and Kate are close behind as they would be the only ones to qualify for 'major' death status, Des, Juliet and Hurley are semi-lo
