Several thoughts...maybe something maybe not.

In the hatch, the girls told Charlie that the code was entered by a musician. The hatch had the Darma D insignia but also had an S on it. Charlie's ring has DS. Charlie's ring was left on the beach in the crib. Could Charlie's brother or father be involved in all this?

Danielle told Alex that she recorded the message three days before Alex was born. Danielle must have gotten pregnant before arriving on the island. (Get pregnant on island they die) She says she will not leave the island. Will she refuse to let Alex leave?

Newspaper clipping... J o or a ... I know a lot of people are saying Ben. What about Jacob? If it is Jacob then Kate would have no interest in the funeral. Jack thinks Kate would go because Jack is obsessed about going back and therefore believes Kate would be. No one would care about Jacob's funeral.

Penny...take a look at the room she is in. There are gauges on the wall behind her to the right. Is she on a ship or is she in a hatch somewhere on the island?

Des is obviously going to return to the beach and connect with Sawyer, Hurly, and other crew. He knows that it is not Penny's boat. Will he reach them in time to contact Jack and tell him? Will Jack leave anyway?

Juliette claims to want to get off the island at any cost. Ben knew that Naomi is not who she claims to be. Why does she go back with Sawyer to the beach? She must have another purpose or also knows that Naomi is not who she claims to be.

Why is Jack addicted to pain killers in the future?

where is the S?

when you say the D is in the dharma logo do you mean the plain dharma logo? where do you see these at

I believe they will both stay on the island by choice - it's the only life Alex knows. Danielle said she has nothing for her off of the island - she's been there for 16 years already. . .and I'll bet Carl can't leave the island either.

I'd bet Ben stays on the island. I don't think Jacob - whatever/whomever Jacob is, I think he/it is a part of the island and unable to leave. Until we see what happened after the call was made and after Des got back with the rest of them, it's impossible to say who would care about who when it all finally gets played out.

Don't think she's on the island - she obviously loves Des and if she were there, she wouldn't be holed up in a hatch. Besides, by the use of walkie talkies, it's evident that transmissions work from one part of the island to another, it's getting signals to and from it that were affected.

Obviously to attempt to dull the memories of what went down. I think Jack realizes that using that sat phone was a mistake.

BTW - I don't think that body could be John Lockes - I can't picture Locke leaving the island any more than Ben would. Remember, there'd be nothing to force any of them to leave the island - even if the authorities went in after Kate (wonder why she isn't in jail - maybe she took someone elses identity - as I speculated the body in the coffin might be Sawyers - to stay out of jail) there are plenty of places to hide on the island - hatches etc. . .you could stay hidden if you knew the island as they do.

The Dharma emblem has a swan inside it, it looks like an S
