Back on topic... I dont think someone shot Arzts dynamite. The other guys would have seen it, because they were all facing Arzt when he exploded.

Arzt got upset about how they handled the dynamite and he started waving his arm when he was talking. Thats why it blew up.

I also think the writers wanted to kill Arzt this way to let us know how dangerous the dynamite is.

Nah.. Arzt was simply an in-joke of the writers on the fans. He was like the character put in to voice fan complaints... and then they blew him up out of spite.

Was pretty funny really.
