i thought that. but at this point, i doubt he wanted to be a soft touch and admit that his brother gave it to him cause he was a junkie. and it probably was on their second tour of Finland, cause thats where the hotel was.

He did receive the ring in Finland.
His brother woke him to give him the ring, they stated that they were in Finland, and that Santa also lived near by.

This may have been the 2nd time they'd been to Finland, so then technically he did receive it during the "second tour in finland"
