I was under the impression that the others stole Alex from Danielle when she was a baby. My question has always been why didn't Danielle go look for her?

But I remember Jules and Alex having a conversation in which she refered to Ben as "her father"...that could mean either she was stolen as an infant and was raised by Ben, hence why she refers to him as "father". Or maybe he really is Danielle's baby daddy!!!
