About Jack's Ex Wife

I am watching the first episode and I saw something. I dont know if is just me. When Jack went to see his ex wife inside that building, well when she leaves after Jack asking her what is the guys name is she looked like she was walking away with a smirk or a smile. I dont know if it is a mess up on her part but I would think the director would catch that. Let me know what you think.
