Well im from the UK and ive seen the whole of season 1 because my aunt brought me back the whole 1st season from her holiday in america so my question is: Is it legal to download season 2 episodes using torrent/peer 2 peer, after they have been shown in US? or do i have to wait until UK have finished season 1?!?! UK is only on the episode were claire gets kidnapped...so it will be a long wait Thanks!

Errr... no, it's not strictly legal, but I'm quite sure there are more than a few people doing it already

I find it kind of funny that there would be any argument about this with information that is broadcast publicly. It's not a pay service to be able to watch an episode, and anyone with a TiVo can record it. So what's the harm in sharing it? If you had to TiVo everything, it would be sales of TiVo that would go up, not sales of DVD units. Downloading a DVDrip of Season 1 may be a little different. BTW, did you know that much of the success of Battlestar Galactica has been attributed to the online downloading community? Without it, it would be unknown.
