Lady with hands on hips

At the end of episode 2 when they showed the previews for this week, did anyone totice the lady just standing in the sand with her hands on her hips as the others/zombie looking people with the weapons were going after Jin ?

I just thought it was strange that she was just standing there with her hands on her hips, she almost looks like Danielle.

Good eye for detail. I get so caught up in the action I forget to look at what's happening in the background. In my experience the only people who stand around like that are the leaders.

I'm curious as to the identity of the people who captured Jin. If they are 'the Others', why capture him now when they could have taken him on the raft with no problem? If they wanted our sailors to die, then why take him captive? And why give him a chance to escape?

I think we're going to find out that these are not 'the others', but another group of castaways like Danielle. And like Danielle, they have been 'messed with' to the point where they don't trust anyone. Hell, if a stranger wandered into the caves, Sayid would have him tied up and bamboo stuck in his fingertips before you can count to 4 8 15 16 23 42. It's hard to trust anyone after what our guys have been through.

She does look like danielle, but if you pause that instant when she had her hands on her hips, notice what she is wearing....looks a lot like the outfit ana-lucia had on when she was thrown in the hole.
