Lost Ep 4.5 "The Constant"

Hi! I'm new here and I'd just like to say that I love Lost. Secondly I wasn't sure if there was a thread like this or where to put it so feel free to move it.

Last nights episode was amazing! Hands down the best episode so far in season 4. I love how they changed how the flashbacks happened (how it wasn't really a flashback but not a flash forward either.) desmond was amazing in this episode and it ended flawlessly. I'm so glad that I recorded it so I can watch it again. Any thoughts?

definitely in the top three eps of all time!!!! and really cool how they explained faraday's condition and possibly why he was crying when he saw the story about 815. It seems like him seeing that brought back and validated his question to des, 'why would i be on an island?'

I love Desmond and Daniel Faraday more than I could really say, so this past episode was my absolute favorite in a long time. I would rate it up in the top three, though I can't say for certain what the other two are.

What I'm somewhat curious about now, is does Desmond stop time traveling all together now that he's found his constant? Or, does he continue to time travel but, it just not make his brain go haywire? because he originally had to find the constant not to die, no one said anything about the time traveling not stopping.
