Fansite and Fanof Sections

Well i think we could have two more forums one is a Fansite section where each user an post teir lost fansite and a bit about it. And also a Fanof section so people can make small signatures and if you're a fan of that person u can put their "fancon" in their signature well i like The Fansite thing best but in each one each user is only allowed to create one thread that they can edit which would stop many many topics.
