Libby's husbands name is David ..could he be

the same David as in the Episode entitled "Dave"? They were all in the mental ward at the same time ... or at least Hugo thought Dave was there, perhaps Libby was there coping with the loss of her husband?

It's definitely a possibility. I was thinking that Dave could have been one of the people that died in the accident Hurley was involved with? Due to Hurley's mental state, maybe he conjured up an image of Dave in his mind and made him real, to deal with his guilt. If this is Libby's husband and he died in the accident, the only reason it wouldn't tie in is because she said her husband got sick, unless she just couldn't face the truth. Who knows?
