| This week K-Ville opens with a dead body found in the water. The victim is identified as Councilman Clay Beelman, former DA. There was a blue fake nail with a magnolia painted on it found in the skin of the body.Back at the station, Marlon gets into it with the current DA, Lyndsey Swann about the late Councilman. Lyndsey feels that he was a good man and helped train her, and Marlon is anti-Beelman because as councilman, he was trying to bulldoze an East NO neighborhood to make a park. | Did anyone else notice the dub? Cobb is talking to Boulet and Swan (DA) about Bielman's connection to the Latin drug dealers... He starts a sentence with..."The courts couldn't evict them..." and then the voice changes, and the camera cuts away, and the sentence ends with "...so Bielman brought in some muscle to run them out of their houses" You can see Hauser's lips aren't synched to the words for a second, and the voice is definitely different. What would they have had to remove from the show, and why couldn't they use Hauser's voice to do it? |
