Operation Phoenix Update
April 21, 2009

Hello Fellow Rangers:As many of you know the Welcome Home to Jericho Charity Event starts this Friday, april 24^th in LA and runs through Sunday the 26^th. The highlight of the 3 day event will be the Stimi Wedding Reception along with the live auction.

Suzie, Stephanie, Flo, Steve, Mary, Debbie, Rammy and Laurie thank you for your hard work in putting this event together and all that you have done individually and collectively to bring about this terrific event.

Welcome Home Jericho is first and foremost a benefit to raise money for Operation Homefront which through donations of money and purchased items provides care packages from home to the troops overseas. This event was put together to raise money to help the people usually lost in the headlines about the ongoing War on Terror, the families and children of military personnel serving so far from home. They put themselves on the line every day for us so it is the least we can do to give back something to their loved ones left behind.

Over the past 3 years Jericho Rangers have shown through many acts of kindness what this Community is all about. This is our chance at a once in a lifetime event to celebrate with the cast, crew and producers who brought Jericho to life and as well as do something very worthwhile for other people in the process. I am asking that everyone try and participate if their circumstances allow by registering for the auction.

The reception with the actors, dinner and auction will be simulcast via a web camera and on Blog Talk Radio.

As we start to descend onto the Sportsman Lodge in LA for the Welcome Home Charity Event, I just want to thank everyone for their efforts no matter how large or small to the effort to get Jericho back on the air.

Ratkeeper has confirmed that Season 2 episodes will air on the CW starting on Sunday, May 3, 2009. We need to come out of the Welcome Home event and write more letters, cards and emails and to do everything we can to keep Jericho on the minds of the decision makers at CBS Paramount, Epix, Showtime and NBC Universal.

Jericho has another 7 weeks on the CW through June 14, 2009 and several more marathons on Sci Fi Channel. Lets make each showing count by making sure the executives know we are still here.
