Part 2 of 'House' Season Finale Airs Tonight

Ok, so last week was the first part of this season's special two-episode finale on House. Just the sight of Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein) alone as she channeled little miss sexy schoolgirl pole dancer made up for the show's all-too short season due to the writers' strike.

Tonight is House's final broadcast for the season, featuring the second part of the finale, an episode entitled “Wilson's Heart,” which follow's last week's “House's Head.”

It would be so out of character for House to sacrifice himself for someone else. If he doesn't will this be the end of the House/Wilson friendship?

My prediction is, House and Amber are sleeping together and Wilson finds out because of the bus accident. Wilson is hurt and angry and the only way to save the friendship is for House to do something selfless..... Maybe
