houseHaving just aired its season three final episode, House fans are now pondering on what to expect on the much-awaited season four.

House has consistently performed well in terms of ratings and viewership in its three-season span by showcasing the residents under the wing of Dr. Gregory House, played by Hugh Laurie, as they go through medical problems in the fictional hospital in Princeton, New Jersey. Yet, producers are cooking up some changes that will possibly give the hit medical drama a new twist. Executive producer has revealed, “How long can that stay the same? How long can someone work for House and not change themselves? Next season will be different. We're not saying who is coming back and who is not, just that it'll look very different."

Read on to find out more about the changes.

Chase is simply the pretty boy of the show. Kept there for the horny fan girls to drool over. And i'm a female saying this. I would not be upset at all if Chase left the show. He is useless and annoying.

House and Cuddy, i'm definitely behind that!

Please no relationship between House and Cuddy, they have been toying with House/Cameron since season one, it would be nice to see that continue!

Definitely House and Cuddy. House and Cameron were never going to get together. Frankly, there's no way House could respect Cameron because she's pretty pathetic. At least Cuddy is a mature, tough chick who can hold her own around House.

I really don't care whether they get rid of all three interns. I did like Foreman, but I thought Chase and Cameron were complete wastes. Chase just finally started getting good this season, but too little, too late. Cameron has always and will always be annoying.

I think Cuddy has had great feelings for House for a while. That is the only explanation, I can see, for her lapse in judgement in jumping the gun and offering up the "alternative" treatment for House's leg to Stacy as soon as he was put under. She knew that was not "the patient's" wishes and did nothing to discourage Stacy from using her powers as medical proxy. I feel she let HER feelings get in te way.
