new actress

so i have a client who was childhood friends with an actress slated to appear on the next episode for at least a three ep run. the actress's name is Jayma Mays (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1724323/, though the credit for Heroes has not yet been placed on her resume). she appears in the trailer for the next episode talking to Hiro. i believe she is also the red headed waitress in one of Isaac's paintings seen in the Heroes clips here: http://tv.yahoo.com/feature/fall06/. just thought i'd send a head's up.

yep, u were on the spot. im assuming she is a hero. in the new ep, she picked up on the japanese language like nothing. so does that enable her to communicate with every1? i bet she's hiro's means of communication.

No her power is that she can memorize things exactly after having seen or heard them once..like she reads the Japanese guide and can then speak it

Before I watched last night's episode, I thought there should be someone with photographic memory! It's a shame she died, her and Hiro were so cute together!

my client said that Jayma was picked up for at least three episodes. that would get us through the first part of the season. so we must assume that Hiro is successful in saving her. i will see if i can find out if they want her back for further episodes.

I wouldn't assume that at all...I think its going to take that long for Hiro to keep trying to save her and finally realize he can't.

She will die, unfortunately.

but at least we will get to know her first.

Should be a really cool plot thread at least!
