Who is Omid Abtahi?

If you go to the following website and choose any episode you will see a list of the shows cast members under the storyline for the episode. The name Omid Abtahi appears as a cast member. I researched his name and he is indeed an actor however I can not find who he is on Heroes. There is also the beginning of another cast member ..Thomas...however it does not give the last name. After hearing that Sean Beam or whoever is not playing Sylar. Is there a posibility it maybe one of these actors?.. . Can someone please comment and look into this for me... maybe I simply overlooked something. Give me your thoughts...

Shoot, now I'm not sure. A few sites say he plays Ando but Wikipedia says that he's of Middle Eastern decent. Here's the site where I originally thought he was Ando.

And this site says that James Kyson Lee plays Ando. Which judging by the name alone, has me convinced. It says that Omid Abtahi had a role as Amid Halebi in the Genesis episode. But who that is... No clue.

I'm not sure on this but i think it might be Mr. B's (Claire's dad) assistant. You know, that dark skinned bald headed dude who "cleans" out people's brains. That's just my guess. Maybe someone can back me up on this.
