- The question has been posed "Is it 'Hiros' or is it 'Hiro's?' Amazing what the presence of an apostrophe will do...
- Peter gets one step closer to his destiny. Suresh takes one step back.
- Matt has the perfect date.
- Nathan goes from bondage to bonding.
- Niki suffers another stretch of time loss.
- Claire opens up to her father, will she tell him everything?

It definately sounds as if Hiro is going to be the featured hero of this episode. Hiro is obviously designed to be a popular character on the show, the comic relief etc (personally I think he is annoying).
However, Hiro will be popular. If the pilot episode is split over 2 weeks this will become the first November sweeps episode for "Heroes". So perhaps the multiple Hiros could be a sweeps storyline? (covering the whole of the November sweeps?)

Also the stuff with Claire sounds quite dramatic, so perhaps they have saved it for the first sweeps episode too?

Don't ask me what it is about him that I find annoying though. He just bugs me, especially when I was really getting into all the other storylines... like Niki/Micah (my personal fav), Simone/Isaac, Peter/Nathan, the mystery with Mohinder, Claire. It was all so good but then it would switch back to Japan for some comedy that just wasn't all that funny...

Maybe part of the problem is all of the other story lines are drama based, that when one suddenly gets to Hiro's story it is too different? Maybe it's like trying to shift gears too fast? Hiro's story just doesn't fit with everyone else's in terms of storytelling possibly?

None of the spoilers talk about Hiro, yet I think it's based on him in this episode?

Here is the official show summary from nbcumv:
Quote:
HEROES --(9:00PM-10:00PM) --(TV-14 S)

"Hiro'S"

WHILE MATT FINDS MIND-READING GOOD FOR MARRIAGE, SEVERAL "HEROES" MUST FACE THE CONSEQUENCES OF TESTING THEIR UNIQUE ABILITIES OUT IN THE WORLD -- Confused after losing track of another block of time, Niki (Ali Larter) finds the police on her doorstep, searching for her fugitive husband D.L. Hawkins (Leonard Roberts). Claire (Hayden Panettiere) confesses to her father. Hiro (Masi Oka) and his friend get jumped by some Vegas high-rollers. Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) receives a life-changing message from an unlikely source. Meanwhile, Matt (Greg Grunberg) secretly uses his mind-reading ability to anticipate his wife's needs. Dismayed by recent events, Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) makes plans to return to India to lay both his father's remains and his research to rest. Tawny Cypress, Noah Gray-Cabey, Adrian Pasdar also star, and Jack Coleman ("Dynasty"), Lisa Lackey ("NYPD Blue"), Matt Lanter ("Commander in Chief") and Nora Zehetner ("Everwood") guest star.

I wonder if the apostrophe and capital S are significant, or just a typo?!? B)
This was my speculation based only on its original "official" title, "Hiros"... (although "official" is relative, since Simone's last name is still shown as BOTH "Deveaux" and "Deveraux"! )

The capital S provided by nbcumv above might be a typo... From tvguide:
Quote:
Episode Detail: Hiro's - HEROES
Niki is questioned by police about her fugitive husband's whereabouts; Matt's relationship with his wife, Janice (Lisa Lackey), benefits from his mind-reading abilities; Claire divulges her secret to her father (Jack Coleman); Hiro has a violent run-in with Las Vegas high rollers; Peter receives a life-changing message; and Mohinder contemplates leaving New York---and his father's research---behind. Eden: Nora Zehetner. Brody: Matt Lanter. Ando: James Kyson Lee. [/b]
