Chapter 02 "Don't Look Back" - episode summary

The episode will introduce 20ish-year-old Eden McKenzie, a hip and bohemian struggling actress from New York. Eden will appear in at least three episodes. We will meet Janice Parkman, wife of Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg). Amongts the other recurring characters who'll be introduced in this episode are: Jackie, a crueld cheerleader from Texas; Brody, the star quarterback at Odessa High, who has a sinister and disturbing allure hiding under the nice fa�§ade he projects; Lori, a teen who attends Claire's highschool and who used to be popular until a nasty rumor was spread about her. There will be a murder in this episode and Matt will be grilled about his service record.

This Odessa High seems to have a few secrets... I wonder what Claire's relationship with Jackie will be, and if Claire will be fearful of her own situation because of Lori's social upheaval because of a rumour or a secret.

On an unrelated note, is Odessa, Texas the town in which Friday Night Lights is set primarily in? If so, this Brody may be truly sinister as a two-faced star quarterback in an assumedly football-crazed town.

I don't think so. I think his brother has the ability to fly. He has some sort of precognition similar to the painter guy. Just only in dreams and probably only with his brother. There is something to that link with his brother.

But bright side at least he has some kind of power. I didn't want him, besides, Mohinder to be without a power. I also heard he was also going to be a empath or something.

I think Peter is going to be more opened to having powers than his brother. He seems to care more about his image than learning about his powers. If he's going to be like that he doesn't deserve them.

Well, first they were making us think he can fly, but after watching the first episode IMO it looks like they are making us think he doesn't have the ability to fly and might have some other power. BUT, what if that was just to throw us off the tracks? A double fake so to speak. Oct. 2nd will hopefully clear things up.

the show reminds me of lost mixed with x-men and it would be just like them to pull something like this! make us think one thing and do something totally different!
