With Emile Danko (guest star Zeljko Ivanek) now in control of the government operation, his plan to destroy everyone with abilities is set into motion as he teams up with an unlikely partner. Meanwhile, Angela (Cristine Rose) and Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) seek refuge in a church and begin to mend their broken relationship. Kevin Alejandro also guest stars.

So I guess Sylar and Danko are buddies for the moment. (Noah's gonna go bananas.) What do you think Sylar's motive is? Did Danko just get manipulative and play Sylar like Angela once did, making Sylar feel like he has something to prove? Or is Sylar after something more? Imagine him getting access to the Bldg 26 "dormitory" and going on a shopping spree.

Sounds like some boring mother-son scenes for Peter and Angela.

No mention of a follow-up for now on where Matt and Mohinder took off to.

I hate to count on a Claire scene to be the highlight of an episode, but maybe kicking around in Mexico will produce something good. Hopefully it's not just her throwing fits at Nathan and being all spiteful and then a big father-daughter moment.

Going to Mexico, by the way, could begin to address a global loose end in vol 4 . . . other governments. The US is trying to cage or exterminate it's heroes, but what about the rest of the world? Surely there's been top secret discussions between world leaders about all this. And surely some countries have enlisted their own empowered citizens to serve their political objectives.

yeah sylar is definately playing danko.

danko has NO idea what he's in for.. I think sylar is looking to take as many powers as he can then he WILL turn on danko and the "government"

I'd really like to see that..

My theory...

It was said by the writers or Kring him self, cant remember...that the 5 Years Gone episode [paraphrasing here] is closer to reality the one can imagine. in that episode sylar was pretending to be nathan and everyone thought he was dead. now that he has the shapeshifting ability that reality is more likely to happen.
at the moment i think sylar is doing this becuase of the convo he had with his father...about hunting bigger game and grabbing power simply becuase he can and the fact he's only till date preyed on those weaker than him. papa gabriel put him on the path of bigger and greater things. since his visit with him he ends up in dankos apartment. right now danko assumes power of the government operation. its likely that sylar will end up killing danko and taking over his position. with everyone thinking he's dead he can do this without anyone the wiser.
