peter/hiro gain his old power-- they both now the consequences of changing the future as we see in season 1 hiro(the time line) and peter in season 2 (butterfly effect)they future peter and hiro do not use time travel all the time just to teleport basic

clare evil-- not so fast like we see all in heroes but making i change of mind little by little

sylar using his old power like in season 1

explain why the african can pass his power to matt and the father of peter girlfriend in season 1 can talk to peter
and if they can be in a other world if they can bring adam using the guy that create the voltex(like if he sent to the other world or a parrael plane)

explain how hiro will fight sylar if sylar do not freeze like in season 1(making sylar to freeze time will making him the best)

explain if the sister of hiro have an ability

is just that the writers do no try to make a way around it they just delete for the show

The African, Usutu, passing his power to Matt was down to how they connected, with the spirit walk and everything, and the fact they both have powers related to their minds. Usutu, by becoming part of Matt's conscious was able to help him access the same mind frame required to see the future. Or something like that.

I think Peter's dreams of him speaking to Charles Deveaux came from his mother's power which he absorbed, having prophetic dreams.

And as for Hiro v Sylar in season 1, I think it was down to Hiro's mental strength and lack of control over his power that prevented him keeping time frozen around Sylar. The weight of the task, having to kill another man, someone as powerful as Sylar made it hard for him to keep time frozen I think.

Personally I agree, I'd like to see Hiro and Peter properly re-powered. You could argue that the stories run better without time travel but if that's the case they shouldn't have written it in in the first place. The fact is they did and I was annoyed enough seeing two of the best characters stripped of their powers in the first place, it's annoying me more now they aren't getting their powers back properly...

i dont want peter to have his powers back i like sylar being the unstopable one when peter has all his powers he always saves everything its better maknig it a challenge and they need an idea for hiros power becuase remember andos supercharger they havent thought of an idea of what his supercharger can do to hiros power so they probally getting thoughts on that idea when hiro gets his powers back it will probally be a big event

matt had the power to see the future, he just didn't know it. Usutu basically sped up the time it would have taken for matt to conjure up this power.

peter talking with charles divoe was because or his time powers, wasnt it? didnt he go back in time, then become invisible. then charles said, i could see you there peter. i could be wrong, and if i am, it was form his moms dreaming power. but he didnt dream of the future, he was dreaming of something that never happened, so... either angelas power isnt just to dream in the future, but to dream of things in general, or it was time travel, which im pretty sure it is.

they havnt shown if kamiko had a power yet. i think she does, since bothe of hiros parents do, and he does too.

peter did have dreams that he could fly when he was caring for charles deveaux, but when he actually did speak with charles in the past, that was real (well, you know what i mean when i say 'real')

as for matt's precog ability, any theories at this point are just that: theories. no definitive explanation has been given that i know of.

i don't care if peter ever gets his empathy back. he didn't do anything cool with it anyway. as for hiro, i understand restricting his ability: time travel was a pain to do correctly. i'd like to see him get his teleportation back, but time freeze is pretty cool too. it would be funny if hiro started aging way fast due to all the time freezing he does. that could hurry along his transformation into a bad ass samurai, similiar to the guy we saw in volume one.
