| Ok, well after seeing Shades of Gray, i am very curious with Baby Matt Parkman. It seems that Baby Parkman is indeed Older Parkman because they are both chubby, and of course they have the same name. I have 2 theories which actually seem plausible. Theory 1: A time traveler from Baby Parkmans time has decided to distort time by sending Baby Parkman to the future and leaving him there. With Hiro discovering this, he tries to correct the timeline by sending him back to his own correct timeline. Hiro sees this as "Destiny calling" and stops at nothing to send Baby Parkman back. However, with no powers, Hiro tries to recreate the forumla and attempts to regain his powers. This leads to Ando seeing this as a possiblity that the forumla will get leaked and tries to stop Hiro. This leads to Ando killing Hiro as seen in the future seen in "A second coming". Hiro with being unseccessful, the paradox distorts the universe and the world starts to ripp apart. Theory 2: If you cast your mind back to season 1, When Hiro went 5 years to the future, we see Matt Parkman working againest the Heroes and trying to capture those with abilities. Later in the episode, i remember Matt pulling out a drawing made by his son who was named Matthew Parkman... It could be that Matts ex wife Janice has given birth to him and named him after Matt. That pretty concludes my current theory in this case. I am no paradox/spacetime expert but i really do think that theory 1 could be the answer as the world getting ripped apart in "the second coming" is still possible as Ando has his powers (the basics of it atleast) and Hiro is powerless. Leave your thoughts and ideas |

| The writers have intentionally gotten rid of timetravel so 1 is not very likely and I think that it would be too confusing and long for it to work out. 2 this sounds right as Janice is supposed to make an appearance . . I think. |

| idk why i always see people talking about ando killing hiro. in season 1 they make it pretty clear by saying "the future isn't written in stone" . So the whole ando killing hiro in the future is a part of an alternative timeline by now i would assume it's never going to happen. |

| The character has been confirmed as "Matt Parkman Jr." and Janice will be appearing. The baby is Matt's son. |

| We know that Daphine is not dead. We know that she is super fast. She gave birth to Matt's baby super fast. Hiro and Ando need to protect the baby until Matt can save Daphine and retreive the baby. |

That doesn't even make any sense. Daphne can give birth at super-speed? That's got to be the most... GAH! | |

| Senior Member | If Daphne gives birth at super speed, that would pretty much mean theoretically that she ages at an increased speed, which she obviously doesn't. If it was their kid, I believe they'd let us know about it by now. It's pretty obvious it's going to be Janice/Matt's child, she was pregnant afterall when she went bye-bye.
