yeah i was thinking that too. I think that is who angela is on the phone with at the end of the ep.

Either their father or Bob. Also, take into account that this guy needs to be able to 'cloak' himself. In a crowd of people, he's not going to just walk out unnoticed. Nobody tried to stop him. By the way, Peter better give his brother some of his blood since now we know that Peter is going to be immortal too.

I don't think Peter's blood can heal Nathan like Adam's did or Claire's would because Peter has MANY abilities whereas the other 2 only have the regen ability. So if Peter gave his blood to Nathan how can he be sure that Nathan won't explode or turn invisible or time travel or whatever?

Because as far as we know, powers are not manifested via blood except the healing ability

i would say the killer is nathan's dad. if you watch i think the second or third episode in season one when a guy is tring to kidnap molly. i think the writers were making you think that it is sylar, but if you really look its not. it looks like an older man. also he is wearing the same jacket and hat that the guy walking away was wearing after nathan was shot. i think that is their dad. he wanted to get rid of molly so no one can find him.

The reason Sylar looked different in that episode was because they haden't casted Zachery Quinto for the part yet, they used someone else.
