Why use telekinesis to open a door when u can walk THROUGHT IT!!!(ep11)

Me and my mate kev were thinking why would Adam tell Peter to use telekinesis to open the vault door when they both know that peter can walk through walls(the vault door)??? or even if the door was made from some thing "anti-walkthrough" there was a brick wall next to it?? plot floor ppl!!!

well i didn't think bout the mind reading thing, but maybe he had no reason to suspect Adam as bad

I think if everyone is saying that he is evil is a good enough reason. But maybe Adam just thought in Japanese or about destroying the virus to fool Peter. Kinda like HRG did with Matt in "Company Man".

adam probabably needed the door open so the virus could spread. if its in a vault, then the vault is probably air tight. lol, just a theory, or he just wanted to test peter to see if he can use him later.

Yes Adam wants access to the virus so he can spread it. If Peter just walked through the wall then Peter may just destroy it there and then, without Adam ever getting his hands on it.

while i do agree with series has more holes than swiss cheese, it hasnt stopped me from enjoying it.

while theres plently of things the heroes could do, watching what tim kring decided on is still entertaining....

at least we know that peters hardcore enough to open a funkin' bank vault with his powers... and thats cool even if the fact he could hav just walked thought it may spoil it a little

about the virus spreading and so needing the door open, surely peter would think the complete opposite and think i must never open that door because the virus could accidently spread.....the writers just made peter look like a slave boy like a mercenary or a drone and so only needed for his powers, but there is much more to the character than just his powers

Adam has been around the block... 400years worth of blocks.

Think of this scenario. Adam and Peter walk through the wall into the vault, locate the virus, and Peter says give it to me I will destroy it. What is Adam gonna do then? No, no peter we must leave the vault and destroy it outside.. there there thats a good puppy. Peter would know instantly that Adam is deceiving him and he would zap him.

Adam had peter open the vault door so he had the ability to leave and not be trapped in there needing Peter to get back out.
