Look closely when Peter destroys the vile (i'll post exact time in a moment) and you will see that god damned symbol that is throughout the show.
I would also post a pic but for some reason I can't screenshot the episode... T-T

I just watched it an didn't see the virus released. only the helix was on that time stamp. can upload a screen cap for some reason.

yea you're right I watched it again and there is the sign on his palm but I don't think the virus got released. The new threat now is Sylar again
