Peter and the Haishen

Now that peter has met the Haishen, doesn't that mean that he should be able to suppress other ppls powers? if so, that'll be an interesting twist, and couldn't Adam west have been killed by stabbing him (or similar) in the presence of the Haishen?
any thoughts?
oh and can anybody remember what Peter's mothers power was, or have we not found that out yet?

Peter can't use the Haitian's power because his copying power is supressed every time he's around the Haitian.

It's Adam Munroe, not Adam West. Yes, he can be killed if he is stabbed with the Haitian around. The problem is as soon as the Haitian leaves, Adam will come back.

Peter's mother's power hasn't been revealed yet.

Well, we saw how Angela persuaded Nathan's wife. Notice how the cameras focused on her touch while she spoke to her, and how she absent-mindedly agreed with her.

Agree with you.
But I'm not sure if Haitian's power is spontaneous. Nathan flied away and Elle was electric when Haitian was near.
Someone said that if Haitian's power needs conscious mind, probably Peter could "steal" it when Haitian's sleeping.

I wonder if Adam ages when Haitian's living around.

The Haitian can turn his power on and off so if peter catches the haitian off gard.... then he could get his powers

I think Adam can be tempoarily killed as long as you leave the weapon in and it's in the head you hit him like what happened to claire in season 1. As for Mrs Petrelli i think her power is persuasion based on what i have seen so far. She can make you do what she wants as she makes eye contact. As for Peter i believe he has already copied the haitians power but will not know how to use it yet. As he is not fully in control of his power yet so he can't use it.
