Previously on Heroes: Everyone gathered at Kirby Plaza to stop an exploding man. Sylar was stabbed, but slunk away, while Nathan flew Peter into the sky before his little brother went thermonuclear. Four months later, shirtless, amnesiac Peter was in a shipping container in Ireland, Nathan had a beard, and a whole lot of other stuff happened, but we get absolutely no Sylar, Parkman, Mohinder, HRG, Claire or Hiro tonight.Instead on tonight's Heroes, we find out a whole lot about Peter, Adam Elle, Bob, Niki, DL and the Wonder Twins. The episode begins where the last one left off, with Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) getting a visit from Adam Monroe (David Anders), aka Kensei. Adam knows all about the Haitian, but suggests that the healing ability can also repair the mind, so Adam instructs Peter to think about what he cares the most about: Nathan (Adrian Pasdar). We zoom into Peter's eye and get a lot of flashbacks until... To read the rest, click here.

| Member | I was shocked to see that adam/kensei are the same person. And i ponder as to is he really a threat?.. How can Bob be trusted? been very skeptical with his intentions. And i see peter as very impressionable.. but hope that adam is legit. adn peter doesnt cause trouble. Will we ever know about angelas true powers?. the episode left as usual a couple of gaps. stil was a good one.. |

The episode was so-so. Nothing about Matt four months ago? And don't even get me started on the fact that Sylar was only in the episode for a second -- if that. Err. There are just too many heroes! I also didn't like the way D.L. died. Such a lame way for him to go out.

Mr. editor, I found out your super power, the ability to forgive terrible storytelling only one week after a great episode. I honestly think it's because of your hard on for Veronica Mars. Please, if they're are any writers looking at this, please, please,,,, please please, kill off Elle and Nikki and maybe I can forgive you for the worst episode ever. EVER. I give this show next week to make me somewhat happy. That's it.

This episode is awesome. It showed what happened 4 months ago. Some of the people here are just pissed off because Sylar or Matt is not around but not everyone has to be on every episode. Every other characters have had episodes where they are not in.

I'll admit to being totally blind for my VM love. It's impossible for me to judge Kristen Bell's performance or role objectively, since so much of it reminds me of Veronica. However, I surely don't think I was that positive in my recap. Finding out what happened to Peter was the only interesting or new thing we learned this episode, and that could've been done in about a 10 minute flashback scene. In many ways, this episode did exactly what I feared and predicted last week: stalled any momentum and goodwill built up by last week's strong episode. But yes, I obviously play favorites, and will continue to do so for any scenes with Bob, Elle, Parkman, Sylar and Angela Petrelli.

i'm still screaming that elle needs to get off my planet. i loathe that charater. loathe. they screwed up here, big time. as you said, what they showed could have been done in much shorter time. i was bored, vey very bored, and almost turned it off about midway though. i don't feel like we actually learned anything except how dl died and that bit. they did not need a whole episode for this.

This episode is awesome. I think this is the best episode till now. I'm a celeb fans, so I'm on the celeb singles club millionairecupid.com most of the time. Just yesterday, I found Ali's blog is very hot. Checked it and found many members are talking about her shows there. She is so pretty, cute and widely welcome.

Man, I enjoy Elle's character so much more now. She's one of the few Heroes to really enjoy herself. Kinda like Micah, but more interesting. I still feel it's too fast to jump to the conclusion that Angela has the power of persuasion. I'd agree that it's very likely, but why are the writers keeping this from us? Seems kinda cheap to give her the same exact power as Eden.... My only gripe is that The Company needs to invest in much better security. Let's see, Sylar, HRG, Matt, Ted, Peter, and Adam all have escaped. And having Adam next door to Peter, yet not have any type of microphone set up to hear what is being said? Lame! Oh, and the pills. I would think that if you want people to take medicine, you do it via a shot. Having Peter save them in the mouth makes Bob look like a moron. Also did we confirm that Bob is Elle's dad? I can't remember.
