David AndersReflecting on last night's episode of Heroes, two conflicting clichés come to mind: “Better late than never” and “Too little, too late.” All fans certainly fall into one of those two categories. I'm in the former.

Yes, the second season has been a huge disappointment up until now, with pointless storylines, boring new characters, and very little Hero interaction. Last night's episode, “Out of Time,” addressed all those concerns and was more or less an apology from the writers for the six episodes that came before. The main reason I can't shrug it off as “Too little, too late” is this: it wasn't too little. In fact, it was just the opposite.

I felt better about last night but i agree with John... Now we have a flashback episode next week and after that only 3 episodes to move forward until a break with the writers strike...we shall see..

am i the only one who cannot STAND elle? she is as boring as the hondurans, imo. all the hype about this chick, who i had never heard of before heroes other than she was veronica mars, and it fall way flat, imo. i'm glad they moved claire out of cheerleader mode. that was getting old. and suresh is being written as a flipping idiot. he said he didn't know who to trust anymore, but apparently he trusts bob. glad molly is back and greg grunberg ROCKS!

It's a bit harsh to judge Elle poorly. We've seen the Hondurans throughout 7 episodes. We only saw Elle in 4 short scenes in a single episode. Give Bell a chance.

Well I think a major theme in Heroes from both seasons so far is MORALLY GREY! We don't have an (pardon the reference) X-Men type of good guys vs. bad guys scenario. I absolutely love it. We don't live in a black and white world, there are always grey decisions where people have to decide what to do based on the choices they have made up to that point. (Again, excuse the reference) It's very much like Lost, you have different groups of people, but they all seem to have skeletons in their respective closets as well as some redeeming qualities. I think we are about to go down the morally grey road even further in the next few episodes. Last season we seemed to have Peter who was our "good guy", but now that he's teamed up with Adam (or so it seems), he is going to make some choices that are probably not simply "the right thing to do".

Alejandro doesn't really revive everyone. He just reverses Maya's power. So he can only revive people killed by Maya. Or at least that's how I interpreted it. I actually enjoy that the writers are addressing what actually happened after the bomb. Although I felt this should have happened earlier (maybe like in the FIRST episode).
